The Refectory Kitchen / York

You’ll find the Refectory Kitchen within the Principal York Hotel. At this AA Rosette awarded restaurant, they celebrate the best ingredients from York and the surrounding countryside to produce traditional British classics. Choose from dishes such as Yorkshire Panzanella (their take on the Italian classic with local ingredients), Pork belly with celeriac, carrot and ginger purée, pickled cabbage and crackling, or Monkfish tail with root vegetable fricassee. Just next to York Station, guests can choose to dine in the modern, light-flooded dining room or on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant has also received the AA Breakfast Award!
