Frequently asked questions
How does it work for members?
1. Search Members search which restaurant offer they fancy online or using the free Dine app.
2. Book They then give you a call to book a table and let you know they’re a Dine member.
3. Save Then, they simply show you their Dine card on arrival to receive their saving. Easy!
Can I send you my own images/description?
Absolutely – please do! Your restaurant offer will be featured on the Dine app and website with all of the details about your venue and the saving. The more information the better.
Can I change my offer?
That shouldn’t be a problem. Get in touch and one of our agents can talk through your changes with you. It’s important that the offer is easily available for members, so we do ask it’s available at least 3 days out of the week.
Can I run an offer that isn’t one of your 3 core offers?
We’ve carefully selected the 3 offers based on what we know works with our members and what we know will drive as many customers through your doors as possible. However, if you’d like to try something a little more bespoke, we’d be happy to discuss your individual business needs.
Will it cost me anything?
Never! We don’t take commission and we never will. It’s completely free for restaurants to be featured on the Dine platform.
