The Red Lion / York
An ancient York pub with a history stretching back to the 12th century with a number of different seating areas, that are served from a central bar. Low ceilings, exposed beams and old-fashioned lamps make The Red Lion feel like a piece of living history! There’s a large patio outside with plenty of seating and umbrellas to provide protection from the sun (if you’re lucky!). Try the tasty menu of pub grub classics, like Hunters Chicken, a yummy sandwich or one of their famous Burgers with delicious homemade chips!
