The 48 is the culmination of a 15 year dream for your hosts, Ravi & Anjana. The husband and wife team, both originally from a coastal town in South India, have always been inspired by the culture & cooking across the 48 countries that make up modern Asia. Their ambition to open an restaurant that brings together these core flavours in an authentic fusion of tastes is now The 48. And they are delighted to be opening in their home town after the opportunity to take on premises on Old Town arrived. The menu is packed with creative dishes and blends of styles from across the Asian continent that will be ever-changing - but only ever 48 on the menu. Come and enjoy!
