Nueve Tapas bar is an independent restaurant in the heart of Didsbury Village, Manchester, serving a wide selection of Mediterranean inspired tapas plates. Their team of well-travelled and innovative staff have developed a hybrid concept, joining both traditional and modern Spanish cooking. They also import much of the produce from Spain, with suppliers in Barcelona, Madrid, Córdoba and Jaén. Plus, they’re proud supporters of local businesses and suppliers, who provide their fresh meat, fish and vegetables in order to give you a Tapas Menu with a twist! Nueve is the perfect ‘hole in the wall’ in which to meet, greet, eat and drink all day long!
