Rosso was born in a wine cellar... They were sipping excellent wine, enjoying an amazing variety of cheeses and charcuterie. One thing led to another and another bottle of wine had to be tried. Then they had to try the patron’s pasta and, of course, more wine to taste. Oh, and a bit more cheese and cured meats! This was the beginning of their journey. Now they want to bring you that particularly Italian way of sharing mealtimes; chatting with family and friends, tasting an array of regional delicacies and above all discussing the food and wine!
