Arguably one of the most authentic Indian restaurants on Leicester's Golden Mile, Sharmilee Restaurant has been owned by the Gosai family since 1973. Starting as an Indian sweet shop, they then expanded to include a vegetarian restaurant in their roster. Expansion doesn't mean loss of detail and this is certainly shown in Sharmilee Restaurant's exquisitely presented dishes. Fresh from start to finish, Sharmilee Restaurant are reminiscent of the best home-cooked meals, served to you in a calm and contemporary setting.
