The Raj / Kettering
Standing proud in the centre of Kettering, near the railway station, is the Raj Restaurant. The meat, fish and vegetables in the tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt, herbs and spices and cooked in the traditional clay oven on burning charcoals, as this seals the flavour.
