Dough Pizzeria make really good pizza, from simply good ingredients, sourced from good foodie types, for people who like good food. They're on a mission to slow fast food down, change its unhealthy image and give the lunchtime sandwich and the disappointing Friday take-away a run for its money. They source their supplies from all over Italy and have them imported specifically and directly to their restaurant to ensure only the best products are used. They quality control every product and nothing is used in their menu before being tested and approved by the chefs.
