Lucien began his career as a chef at Claridges in London. Now in his own restaurant in Weybridge, his dishes still use only the finest and freshest ingredients. It is a family affair, he and Jo have created a warm and friendly atmosphere where diners can enjoy fine food and wines. Lucien loves to get out and meet local suppliers and discover new foods to serve to his customers. Working with quality ingredients to create exquisite dishes for the discerning palette fired his passion for cooking.
