At The Swan Smoke & Tap you will find the loving combination of American Pit BBQ & English classics. They use locally sourced food whenever they can and make all their meals on site. Their food is always smoked over real wood giving you the 'pink ring' smoke effect you would have gained on the original pit BBQ but with the modern-day convenience of a smoker oven. Their brisket and pork shoulder are smoked for 16 hours, ribs for up to 4 hours and chicken for two hours.
