Nestled in on William Street in the heart of Johnstone and only a short way out of Paisley, Shimla Pinks is serving up comforting, wholesome and seriously delicious Indian cuisine. Lucky locals have been keeping this one quiet for a while now, but the Shimla Pinks secret is well and truly out, with people travelling from all over to tuck into the range of starters that include prawn puris and veggie samosas, and mains like Balti lamb bhuna and Karahi king prawn tikka.
