Taking inspiration from his Nanna, who fed factory workers simple, fresh meals in the street using market bought ingredients, restaurant owner Luis has put together a menu that uses simple, fresh ingredients, full of flavour and keeping in tradition with Mexican recipes. On the menu are burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas and tacos, and you can choose your filling from a huge range of meat and fish, including the classic chicken and beef, but also slow cooked pork, chorizo and steak. Vegetarians won’t miss out, with the option to fill their Mexican dish with beans, roasted peppers and onions.
