Pizza Rossa started as the brain-child of Corrado, following his passion for great quality Italian food, pizza and pasta in particular. The concept of Pizza Rossa was developed with the aim to create a new chain of premium quality Italian-style takeaway pizzerias by-the-slice in London. Their pizza is healthy and light, made with high quality Italian ingredients. It takes 20 hours to make the low gluten dough, with low salt, yeast and no sugar added. The result is a tasteful and delicious slice of pizza starting from 180kCal and cooked, not reheated, at the order in around 60”. They offer organic, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
