In the early 1980s, Bob Payton arrived in London from Chicago in search of great Ribs. This resulted in the launch of the first Chicago Rib Shack in Knightsbridge. Fast-forward over three decades and there are now six successful Chicago Rib Shack Restaurants serving the best BBQ and Ribs this side of the Atlantic.
