Elias, the owner, dreamed of carrying on the family tradition of running a restaurant, and drew from his experience of living in Cyprus for 12 years to create a restaurant that creates excellent food with fantastic ingredients and flavours. The menu offers traditional souvlaki – chicken, lamb and pork kebabs – as well as other flavoursome meat dishes, including kleftiko and moussaka. Perfect for tasting a little bit of everything, Pure Cyprus’ Meze menu is full of over 20 small meat, fish and vegetable dishes, which are great for sharing with friends and family. To drink, Pure Cyprus has an extensive range of Greek and Cypriot wines and beers, as well as a cheeky shot of Sambuca to finish it all off.
