With all that hard work, he’s have become very passionate about the dishes he creates, being adventurous with different seasonal ingredients to create tantalising food with imagination to keep pushing himself to new limits. On the menu you’ll find dishes like Welsh rabbit leg with new potato fondant, rose water puree, baby sweetcorn and carrot ribbons. Or red pepper gnocchi, white bean, spinach and sundried tomato in pesto. All sounds delicious doesn’t it!
